From CAD to finished mold

Every mold starts from 2D drawings or 3D CAD files. Our engineering team reviews, optimises for injection flow, and programs the CNC toolpaths before a single cut is made.

2D / 3D CAD design

Customer files or our in-house design. Full visualization before manufacturing.

CNC machining

36 CNC machines running precision aluminium milling. Complex cavities, tight tolerances.

Assembly & fitting

Last, cavity and frame assembled and fitted. Tested on injection machines before shipping.

Delivery & support
